Fishing

Most of the twenty avatars I found in the Fortune Land sim were at Fantastic Fins-Aquarium & Club. There are three things you can do here (in addition to feeding Lindens into some scripted objects): fish, dance and gamble. I arrived during a fishing contest, made possible by the 7 Seas fishing system.

Three clubs and a casino

The Beryllium sim hosts a casino, with five campers in it this morning, and at least three clubs. One I found empty, one had three people in it, two of them seemed to be at their keyboards, and a third had two owners (according to their profiles) sitting in it, probably padding traffic. I'll check on them in a few hours, but I'm calling this one Bots & Campers.

Bots, and a treasure hunt

In the George 5 sim I found about 23 avatars, including 15 bots in a store. The bots all had empty or nearly empty profiles, most didn't rez, and there was no camping system in sight. Outside another store I found three campers with empty or nearly empty profiles. Someone was standing in a mall. Someone was editing a display in a store. And a group of three avatars in a store, which had people coming and going as I watched, turned out to be a treasure hunt. Only one of them would talk to me, and she explained that they were looking for little boxes.

The Twin Towers of Vogue

66 avatars in the Vogue sim were arranged as you see in the icon. I was shocked to find bots here! There was also one apparent shopper, and one person sitting at a table (the owner? a bot?). A lone bot was under the water in the corner of the sim.

One group of bots was in a skybox with a security orb discouraging visitors. Most were wearing a "pc camping" tag, but this was not camping. They were all empty-profile and almost all were created on one of three dates. The other group was in an under-ground box, also looking un-rezzed and quite uniform, but only a couple were wearing the pc camping tag.

A nice cafe

There were twelve people in or near the Open Latte Coffee Shop in the Mill Pond sim when I arrived, and the crowd grew to sixteen while I was there. There were several people by themselves and seemingly Chilling and IM-ing, but the crowd gathered at the fireplace was engaged in conversation. This was definitely Real Live People.

Campers

Twelve dots in the Hot Topics sim turned out to be nine campers, five of them empty-profile, and the owner (away) at a nearly-empty store. One more empty-profile avatar was in a nearby empty field. All the camping spots were taken, so perhaps he's waiting or lost. There was also someone driving a police car through the sim's open spaces.

Combat roleplay

Eight dots in the Tribo Brasil sim turned out to be people engaged in combat roleplay. I think. No-fly zones prevented me from observing from a distance, so I TP'd to the sim landing point and was placed in the middle of the action. I didn't want to interrupt, so I didn't stay. I'll call it Real Live People.

Work work work

In the Virtual Holland Village I found eight people apparently at work. Two were standing on a commercial property of some sort, one was building something, and three were chatting at a "direct marketing services" place. A fourth joined in and a fifth was at a distance, trying out different textures for the floor of the place. They were all part of the marketing group.

Another person I found sitting on a fence (away) had as his profile picture a reproduction of a nearby bulletin board. I couldn't read it but it looked like a music merchandising enterprise.

I don't have a category for "at work", but since I'm looking for social activity and here I found live humans not really available for socializing, I'll call this Chilling and IM-ing.

This morning the Kumamoto Japan sim contained 3 live people chatting, 2 people shopping, 1 person wandering, and 11 campers, 10 of them painting. A Pachinko Camp DX object and a *HD* THE CAMPER SERIES-easel-ver.2 (Copyable) object chatted.

A furry sandbox

I found six people in The BoneYard sim, on the ground, on a platform, and flying. Nobody was building, but nobody was camping, either.
